Alert Innovation is looking for a Software Engineer to help develop a start-of-the-art Material Control System (MCS), responsible for directing next-generation robots in an inventory management system. As a UI software engineer, you will be part of a talented team of software engineers focused on developing industry-changing solutions.
As the leader of a team, a team member, or an individual contributor, the Manufacturing Engineer will design manufacturing processes and implement operational readiness programs for Alert’s new product development process from planning through product launch. This position will perform the critical role of influencing new product design to ensure that it is optimized for manufacturing cost and quality in addition to meeting all specified requirements. This position will also support sustaining engineering projects including introduction and optimization through the supply chain and field installation.
Alert Innovation is looking for a seasoned and talented, hands-on Junior Mechanical Engineer to help develop our state-of-the-art robotic inventory management system. As a start-up company, it is not unusual for everyone to wear a different hat at different times. Working at Alert Innovation, the ideal candidate will not be hesitant to jump in and lend a hand as needed. As Mechanical Engineer, you will be part of an innovative team of engineers focused on developing industry-changing solutions.
Alert Innovation is looking for a Technical Writer to create technical documentation. You will work with engineering and operations teams to gain a working understanding of the overall product functionality, and then learn how operators and technicians need to interface with the product. This information needs to be distilled into instruction and maintenance manuals, troubleshooting guidelines, training materials, etc. As a company, we place a high value on the importance of written communication, and we would want to leverage your expertise in this domain to improve the writing skills of our team generally.
The Product Team Lead (PTL) is broadly responsible for leading cross-functional teams who are empowered to develop robotic and automation system in a lab and bring them to market or improve existing products to better serve customer’s needs. To achieve this goal, the PTL will lead a cross-functional team comprised of multiple disciplines such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, software development, supply chain, manufacturing engineering, and quality. To succeed, the PTL will set the team’s vision and goals, help a team work together to solve new and tough problems all while creating a collaborative, fun, high performance environment.
The Office Manager at Alert Innovation will play an integral part in ensuring the day-to-day operations of the office are functional and efficient. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of the office and team by providing general office support. In order to be successful in this role, the Office Manager will be responsive, flexible, and proactive about determining the needs of the team members so everyone is “taken care of.”
